PLAYER target expects a Player arg

Describe the bug
When teleporting to a location not in the current dimension using the client gui the following shows in
the server log and the connection is dropped.

If you are using SpongeForge, which version are you using?

Logs are long gone, I have stopped using laggoggles due to other incompatibilities now.
