Decreased Performance (FPS) With Lamda Controls Installed

On two different computers, both windows ten with Nvidia GPUs, after installing Lamda Controls FPS are heavily decreased.

Additional context
On my primary pc I have the splitscreen setup, so two different launchers, one setup without lamda controls installed, the other with. I can launch into the default profile, no lamda, and have regular performance. I can then launch into the lamda profile and I see the FPS drop. Both profiles are set up the same, excluding Lamda Controls. The render distance is even set lower on the Lamda Controls profile, 12 chunks as opposed to 20.
To specify I do not mean while running both profiles simultaneously, the above screenshots were taken while only a single instance of the game was running.
