Describe the bug
Every item, no matter if it should be glowing, glows when wearing/held

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. start the game
2. put any non glowing item in your hand

Expected behavior
non glowing items should not glow when in hand

Additional context
the mod has been in the modpack for a while, but only recently has started to give a faint glow to all items. it only goes away when not wearing anything and holding nothing in your hand

This is an issue from Amendments, seems like it's been fixed only on Forge.
