Describe the bug
Issue with keybind saving/loading causes game to crash if the entry already exists in options.txt

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch Minecraft
2. Load world. Save and Exit
3. Launch Minecraft second time.
4. Game crash - See error

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Win 11
• Minecraft: 1.21.1
• LambDynamicLights Version: 4.4.1+1.21.1

Additional context

If you delete both entries in options.txt ... you can launch the game again, but the problem returns after you save and exit.

I reverted to version 4.1.6 and that version works, i suspect the issue is related to: "Added a keybind to toggle ON/OFF first-person dynamic lighting"

I am unable to reproduce this issue.

Could you provide logs, and the mod list?

i updated to version 4.5.0 and it seems to be working now. i tried to isolate where the issue was and could not figure it out. moot point now.
