A player is able to place blocks but unable to break blocks within a landmark that is owned by another player.

I have removed the capability of creating inside landmark if in creative mode.

I just tried this in my dev environment and it works fine on a dedicated server.
Try in the next version (1.1.0) and if it's still happening let me know and I'll re-open this issue.
