At the moment, there are only 4 sensors in IR that cannot be changed (maybe that's why they are not used?), I think you can try to make your own sensors for IR using LoS, for example, to do the same with what is, with the only difference that you can put your own model. You can add a autostop (the "sensor" that is attached to the traffic light, if red, then stop the locomotive, for example, if Dead Switch is turned on and there is no player in the cab, then the brake is set to maximum, so here, but only until a complete stop). In addition, you can logically do with sensors and conventional arrow switches.
This will not be implemented by LoS, someone could make an addon for this.
