From my debugging:

When LR modifies the search trees here, it requires the Language.getInstance() to be a TranslationStorage, or otherwise does nothing. Server Translations API wraps the loaded langauge with their SystemDelegatedLanguage, causing this check to fail every time.

i don't know if this is relevant, but this bug also happens if you use the Language Reload mod together with the Cave Survey mod
