As the title indicates, the recipe for cod surprise (cod plus cabbage) creates cabbage rolls even if a bowl is placed in the pot. Probably just easier to add an extra ingredient to the cod surprise than to play around with the recipe conflict, or change the cabbage out for something else leafy and green.
