Tank won't be consumed when it is emptied by crafting

There is a recipe to empty the tank, just surround tank with 8 obsidians.
The problem is that the tank is NOT consumed when the recipe is crafted. The result is that you have 2 tanks, empty one and tank that has 1000 mB reduced fluid. Yes, this is duplication.
