I noticed that my game refuses to run without Patchouli as it's considered a REQUIRED dependency. Shouldn't this be marked as an optional dependency? Is it not only used for the in-game manual?

Most likely yes :). But I had to do some extra stuff to get patchouli working right, and made it required. Sorry!
