Describe the feature you'd like to have added

Like the backpack mod, where you can set particular slots to remember where items are, it'd be convenient to have similar functionality. I know at a glance you can find where cards are, but, I get a brain itch when the cards go out of order. If the first two rows could be set to be able to remember where the basic types of cards go, and the third row was set to behave only as overflow, as in you can't set priorities, it'd be the medicated cream for that rash I get when things go out of order and I want to reorganize them the cards in a certain way

IE: The insert/remove cards on row one, filter cards and overclock cards on 2nd row.
