Describe the issue

Laser Node shows missing textures and won't transfer my items from a Mekanism Ultimate Smelting Factory into any storage while the factory is in the process of smelting.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load up a DW20 1.18 v1.3.1 world
2. Get a flat area to start building the setup
3. Place an ultimate crushing factory
4. Place an ultimate enriching factory to the right of that
5. Place an ultimate smelting factory to the right of that
6. Configure each machine so it will input/output items from the top (Eject mode on/off does not matter)
7. Supply the machines with any sort of power (i used a mekanism creative energy cube in my testing)
8. Place 8 mekanism speed upgrades into each machine (not sure it matters but I used 8)
9. Place a laser node above each machine (3 total)
10. Place down a laser controller somewhere nearby
11. Hook up the 3 laser nodes to the controller using the laser wrench
12. Place a diamond chest above the leftmost and rightmost laser nodes
13. For the leftmost laser node, add an item card to U that extracts on color 0; item card on D that inserts on color 0; item card on D that extracts on color 1
14. Middle node: item card on D that inserts on color 1; item card on D that extracts on color 2
15. Rightmost node: item card on D that inserts on color 2; item card on D that extracts on color 3; item card on U that inserts on color 3
16. Everything should be setup now
17. Place a stack of mekanism Iron Clumps into the left chest (or any clump)
18. As long as everything is setup correctly, you should be seeing iron clumps going into the crushing factory then dirty iron dust into the enriching factory then iron dust into the smelting factory
19. It will not output from the smelting factory into the chest above while the smelting factory is smelting things, but once it is done smelting, it outputs

Expected behaviour

Laser Node should transfer output from smelting factory into chest above while simultaneously smelting

Additional information

For the example in the screenshots, I upgraded ALL the extracting item cards to extract 1 item per 1 tick so i could watch the stream of items. All other item card settings are default, besides making some Extract. Just to reiterate; the bug is that the laser node will not extract items from the smelting factory while it is smelting. It will; however, extract the items once it is no longer smelting. The reason I used all 3 machines was to show that the other mekanism machines are able to input/output while in use.
