Describe the feature you'd like to have added

I often want to check if a container has any items in some contraptions (for example the potion brewer from industrial foregoing) and i'm unable to do that. I think a sensor mode without any filters would be the perfect place to have that (because it does nothing rn). Thanks

I was able to go around my problem by using a mod filter, but this would be the perfect solution.
