Describe the issue

After booting up the server and after the server is up and running the ServerHangWatchdog detects that a server tick is taking too long due to LaserIO

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start server
  2. Wait a few seconds without entering the server
  3. Server crashes

Expected behaviour

No server crash.
