Describe the issue

Counting Filter not working as expected

Steps to reproduce

Shown here is an empty tank, a LaserIO node with insert and extract cards (Insert on top, extract on bottom). Currently no experience in the XP holder. Three buckets in my item bar with JDT XP Fluid, snagged from another XP Holder I have that's collecting Mob Essence.

In the Up direction on the Node, I have the Insert Fluid card with no filter. In the Down direction I have an extract connected to the tank.

If I toss a bucket of XP fluid into the tank, the fluid goes into the holder, no issues.

If I put a counting filter set for either Insert or as Stocking, the fluid does not transfer.

I've tried the other various types of fluid, none seem to transfer with the filter on.

Expected behaviour

I'd expect the counting filter to keep a minimum amount of fluid in the holder.
