Describe the issue

Some other mod is hijacking the aforementioned keycombination preventing the player from adding fluids a bucket at a time in filters

Steps to reproduce

1. Install latest version of atm10 modpack.
2. Place a laser node and insert a fluid card with a counting filter.
3. Try to increase the amount of fluid by a full bucket at once

Expected behaviour

Have the filtered amount increase by 1000mb
