Describe the issue

Energy will not transfer between laser nodes, or will fail to do so intermittently despite an energy connection seeming to have formed

Steps to reproduce

1. Use a Laser node with an energy card
2. Connect the laser node to another
3. attempt to charge either machine or battery with it

Expected behaviour

For energy to transfer easily

I've also run into this issue. Flux Networks won't show a connection point to extraction cards, and they won't even extract from a properly configured Mek battery.

All the Mods 10 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.185.

Went through the configs, nothing. Downgrading the LaserIO version didn't yield any results, either, but I couldn't downgrade any further than 1.9.10, because Mekanism refuses to work with it after that.
