Describe the issue

Trying to set Tag Filter with Apotheosis tag information and the client crashes

Steps to reproduce

1. Start modpack and world
2. create a laserio tag filter
3. try to add a filter item from apotheosis in the format {"apotheosis:affixes":{"mythic"}}
4. game saves and then crashes with error about filter containing something other than letters and numbers

Expected behaviour

filter string adds ot list
