Describe the issue

Holding Shift + Alt dose not work for fluids like it does items.

Steps to reproduce

Grab a Fluid card and add a Counting Filter, add a fluid, then try to change the number you can by holding Shift + Alt.

Expected behaviour

It changes by 10b or something like that.
