Detailed description:

Place shutters down, and open them to their completely open state, you can attack mobs, place, and break blocks through the shutter portion. The below image shows two overlapping shutters and the jade tooltip is showing the zombies on the other side. I can attack them as well.

Since the shutter posistion is in another block as it was placed on, it is difficult to extend the hitbox to the exact same position to where it is when the shutter is fully opened.
We will find a solution, wether we will keep it like this or extend the "hitbox".
