Describe the bug!

If a Hopper or any sort of Item Pipe attempts to extract items from a Fluix Aggregator, Pulse Centrifuge, Crystal Energizer, or Circuit Etcher, it will pull items from all inventory slots (including Inputs and Machine Upgrades), not just the output slots.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place a Hopper, pointing in any direction
  2. Place one of the above machines on top of the hopper
  3. Place any item into the machine's Input slot
  4. Alter the machine's I/O configuration to permit Output from the bottom slot
  5. Watch the item get sucked into the hopper.
  6. Place an Acceleration Card in the machine's Upgrade slot and watch the same thing happen.
