Seems like a bug. If you have items maintained, then disconnect and reconnect the maintainer to your network, it will run each item maintained once, even if there are enough in the system already. I like to run autocrafts at night and turn them off during the day, so this is a bit of a problem. (Just give the maintainer an on/off switch, please)
