Multiplayer Pack inventory is buggy

I have a deticated server and the packs seem to be really buggy. A picture is definitely better than words to describe it:

Having the same issue on multiplayer with the latest build for 1.12.2:
LeatherWorks-1.12-1.72.2.30.jar
