ReBlured does not blur the background in third-person mode.

Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Put Leawind's Third Person and ReBlured in the same modpack
  2. Enter the world and open your inventory in third-person mode
  3. The background is not blurred

ReBlured should always blur the background if any interface is open.
