Is your feature request related to a problem?
Players can edit signs maliciously and get away with it.
Describe the solution you'd like.
Ledger should track when players edit the text of, or wax a sign.

Also would love this feature. Now that editable signs exist in the game since 1.20, it is now possible to change the text of a sign without breaking it. Tracking the before and after text of a sign would also be very helpful as well, both for browsing purposes and for rollbacks. Thanks!
