Error everytime I stop the server, database cannot write and gets stuck.

Expected behavior
I should be able to stop my server without ledger erroring.
Observed/actual behavior
Whenever I try and stop my server, I get an error from ledger that it cannot insert into the database and ends up hanging forever trying to do so. It also seems to pile up actions so that things get lost.

- I am running the latest version of the mod.
- My version of Minecraft is supported.
- I have searched for and ensured there isn't already an open issue regarding this.
