When you have host privileges enabled and you turn on “can fly” in survival mode when using a controller sprinting while flying forward it doesn’t go straight but it turns you a little (yes I have checked that its not me or my controller it is the game doing this)

Survival flying is exactly the same as creative, what you may be experiencing is another bug...
