I want to use this mod on me and my friends Modded mc (Forge 1.20.1) server, but when I join it says that the server needs it?

What happened wrong?

After getting help from the discord, apparently the mod should be completely client sided, but forge acts as if its not?

Legacy4J isn't a client side mod, but it may work in vanilla/bukkit servers, depending on the mod loader's requirement regarding registries.
