I've tried to reinstall, launch with just fabrics API, I've tried to delete fabrics configuration for the mod and I've tried different launchers but to no avail
Other wise id totally recommend this mod to someone who enjoys playing on controller but hates bugrock(bedrock)

Your .minecraft most likely has corrupt resource assort json files, caused by another issue you had that didn't allow them to be generated correctly, try deleting the .minecraft/resource_assorts folder
