Crash Report

No response

What happened wrong?

I had to make a fair amount of worlds and make sure what I wasn't experiencing was a bug on my part (conflicting resource pack or fault of using a different launcher). Whenever I play on an old world or create a new world for Minecraft Legacy4J, passive mobs such as chickens, sheep, and cows, no longer spawn once a chunk is loaded, and has its passive mobs killed or unloaded. I don't know why this is the case, and I am not sure if this is an intentional feature, since this is never something I ever saw when playing Legacy Minecraft on Consoles. I want to specify this being passive mobs only and not hostile mobs such as Zombies or Skeletons, as they spawn fine and with no issues. I would just like if I got some clarity involving this or maybe a way I am able to fix this in the meantime.

I'm not sure what's happening with you, but I can confirm that Legacy4J is not causing this, the only change made to mob spawning only affects aggressive mobs that cannot be spawned in peaceful mode, literally the opposite of that

If you can provide more information about this that confirms that Legacy4J is causing this (e.g. use an instance with only legacy4J/dependencies and compare with vanilla), we can open this issue again, but for now it remains like this
