[Bug/Glitch] Crafting Book Interface Dissappearing

just a quick question why my crafting book UI keeps disappearing when using the mod? (as shown in the video attached)
I have listed my settings in images attached in case this is an issue fixable by me.
But I am just curious if this is either an issue on my end with the mixed crafting settings or a glitch to not seamlessly keep it open as it does in vanilla java minecraft.

What happened wrong?
The Crafting Book UI does not stay open after clicking a craftable item as it does in vanilla minecraft.
