Attempting to place scaffolding on top of scaffolding at the build limit while sneaking shows the error message in chat twice

If you attempt to place a scaffolding on top of a scaffolding at the build limit by sneaking and aiming at the top face and have "Display System Messages as Over" disabled, the chat message is shown twice. Probably because the error message is triggered twice in the code and this has no impact when displaying the message above the hotbar, so mojang never bothered about this.
