[Bug/Glitch] With Legacy Map Grid enabled, upgrading a map will snap it back to X:0 Y:0, regardless of where it is created

When Legacy Map Grid is turned on, upgrading a map that has been created inside a new area will snap it back to X:0 and Y:0

A map that has been created near X:0 and Y:0

On the main hand, a newly created map that has been created outside of the bound of the previous map

Upgrading the map through the Cartography table does not expand the map. But instead, snap it back to X:0 and Y:0

This is working properly, when you expand a map, it'll use the nearest center to have a perfect grid, if not the expanded maps wouldn't have the same grid as the new ones
