[Bug/Glitch] Some Controller key binds not working correctly.

Bug/Glitch Occurrence Context
Some keybinds are getting reset when I restart the game and I need to rebind them everytime.
This also causes multiple actions to be bound to the same input.
In case it matters, I'm using a PS5 controller and I'm on the latest Windows 10.
How to reproduce:
- rebind sprint to left stick click (this will unbind toggle perspective)
- rebind drop inventory item to the ps5 controller's touch pad (this will unbind chat)
- quit game and re-launch
What happens:
- now sprint and toggle perspective are both bound to left stick click instead of only sprint
- drop inventory item is now bound to circle once again

What happened wrong?
Some keybinds are not saving and need to be re-bound every launch. It also causes multiple actions bound to one input.
