Tested on Latest Lite Legacy
Players cannot be given the flying permission when they are non op. This might be intentionial, however you can't take AWAY their permission if you gave it to them and de-oped them. This also applies to Disable Exhaustion.

What happened wrong?
Flying permission should be able to be taken away from de-oped players.
(unrelated, but please add these permissions to luckperms)
This is definitely a bug, it's checking the permissions of the non-op player, not the operator
About the LP compat, I'm planning to do that
