Its missing many crafting items I don't know why I wanted to clear the data of the mod but I don't know how to.

There is no bug here, you are simply using the 2x2 Crafting Interface, which obviously has fewer recipes.

There is no way the 2x2 interface is being opened instead of the 3x3, you are certainly confusing it
