[Bug/Glitch] Sweeping edge does way too much damage with legacy combat

Having any sword with the sweeping edge enchantment with legacy combat turned on.

What happened wrong?
the sweeping attack deals a really high amount of damage, not sure if that's intentional. In fact, it seems do deal more damage than the sword itself critting. also, each level of sweeping edge doesn't seem do have a difference; they all do the same damage.
