Bug/Glitch Occurrence Context

Applying a pack with World Templates (such as Legacy Worlds) for the first time freezes the game, presumably because of the world downloads. These should either be ran in the background or there should be some kind of visual feedback for the progress of the download (similar to downloading SDL natives)
