What happened wrong?

As you can see, the Album does not effect water textures and colors as reflected in the cover. I am also running Iris, with shaders disabled.

This is intentional, as this water color was updated before the texture update, in 1.13

Would you consider making classic water textures available via texture album? I would be extremely grateful and you'd be my favorite Minecraft modmaker ever and I would build a statue of you in my Minecraft world I prommy :D <333
