Mod creates config backups in every launch

This happens even when the config is not edited or is clear.

Happens on both Forge and Fabric 1.18.1. Latest versions installed.

I am no longer maintaining any 1.18.1 versions, but this issue has been fixed in 1.18.2 and 1.19 versions.
