theres a weird thing hanging off the tooltip, idk if its another mod i have, the only other tooltip mod i have is equipment compare but i just thought i should mention it (its not a bug with my resource packs, i unloaded them to test that)

I am also experiencing this issue on 1.19.3 mod version 1.4.1

Disable ToolTip Fix. Still odd since in 1.19.2 they worked well together.
