Although I'm unsure the crash is caused by this mod, a crash will occur with the following 6 mods together. From my testing, removing any of the 5 (minus Patchouli) will prevent the crash from happening.

• Set up:
  1.19.2, Forge, LTT ver. 1.4.0

• Mods present:

1. Ars Nouveau 3.17.3
2. Apotheosis 6.2.1.
3. LTT 1.4.0
4. Patchouli 77
5. Unique Enchantments 3.0.2.
6. Unique Ench. Battle 3.0.2

• Steps to replicate:

1. Launch the pack
2. Go into Singleplayer, create New World
3. Click 'Game Rules' modify option. The client will freeze and crash
