Currently, once the player finds a block of Iron Ore, they can keep placing it back down and mining it again and again until the Prospecting ability kicks in and gives them 2 Chunks, presumably getting exp each time they mine if they have Mining Specialization. If they received 1 Chunk for when the Prospecting ability doesn't work and 2 Chunks when it does, would fix this.
