how do uninstall this mod?

Describe the Issue
so i obviously used the mod and everything worked for the most part.
there was some crashes here and there mostly because i got set on fire and the game got confused about damage reflection.... i guess.
in the end i choose to delete this mod because it made the game easy.
when i deleted the mod from the mods folder and logged in game "survival" my stats haven't changed and i still got all hearts and 300 base attack... and my levelz menu was still there after i deleted the mod.
next i tryed to delet player data. this deleted my levels in levelz but it was still loaded in but it was not in the mods folder......
my health fall back to the 4 or idk how many hearts but my attack was still 300
when i tryed to delete my player data again the menu for levelz dissapeared but my health was still low and my attack was still 300.
how do i delete levelz from my world?
without deleting the world?
i tested and other newer world doen't have levelz

You can use these commands:
/attribute YOURNICKNAME minecraft:generic.armor base set 0
/attribute YOURNICKNAME minecraft:generic.max_health base set 0
/attribute YOURNICKNAME minecraft:generic. and all the other stats that you want to edit.

Mod Used: LevelZ & RpgDifficulty
When encountering the problem of overpowered mobs (RPGDifficulty), me and my friend had decided to remove the said mods as mentioned above. The first thing i did was to back track all of the .jar files listed in the mods folder, i looked for the levelz.jar and rpgdifficulty.jar then delete. After deleting the said .jar files, proceed to look for the config files of your mods folder because sometimes they're still there eventhough you already deleted it.
In results to this, we had another dilemma, we ONLY had 4 hearts. we already did everything, in despiration, we encountered your concern which brought us great joy, with this i would like to sincerely thank you for saving us some time.
