Uninstalled Mod - Bows and Crossbows still unavailable

Describe the Issue
Uninstalled Mod - bows and crossbows remain unusable - can only be used while the player is in creative mode.

No logs to provide
Do you use any other mods except the required ones?
Yes - issue still occurs even on it's own
Ran a quick test - new worlds created in singleplayer have this issue - and any mod "compatible" with Levelz installed later still has the issue.
What? This is absolutely an issue caused by LevelZ. The issue isn't present
on fresh installs of the pack when the mod was never included, and only an
issue when the mod was and then uninstalled. Additionally - the problem of
bows and crossbows being unusable was a problem even while the mod was
installed and a factor to us uninstalling it.
