"LevelZ" stops the "Dehydration" Mod from working

Describe the Issue
Whenever i install and activate the LevelZ mod on my modpack, the hydration meter from the mod Dehydration stops going down except from when i sleep, i've tried changing every parameter but the meter only starts going down and working properly when i deactivate the levelZ mod.

Do you use any other mods except the required ones?
Only LevelZ, Dehydration and its required ones (Fabric API, Cloth Config API and LibZ)
