Automatic annotation-based registration should set the active mod container in fml's common handler to fix this warning.

Annotation-based registration won't be a thing in LibLib 5+. We actually wouldn't be able even if we wanted to, since forge no longer gives us the annotation scan data we were using in 1.12.
