I saw that there was already in an issue stating such but the solution was not helpful. My light overlay only shows blue crosses at anything below 7 when exposed to sunlight, yellow crosses at 7 when not exposed to sunlight, and red crosses only at 0 when there is no sunlight. Config also just doesnt exist, there is no button for it.

The site from where I was downloading had the latest versions of Cloth Config API not at the top of the page. So I got it for 1.18 instead of 1.19.
