When mod is active:

It isn't very noticeable in this screenshot, but you can tell from the elytra that it's red.

When mod is not active:

I'm also using canvas, not sure if that has something to do with this issue. Also, enchanted items in your hand (in first person) or hotbar are not affected.

Can you try without canvas

I too noticed a red tint but I ignored it so far. Also, did not realize it was coming from Light Overlay. And I guess it does, because I'm not using canvas.
