Using the "Pick Block" button (default Button 3) on an active colored lamp block gives the active form of the block rather than the inactive form. Placing the block puts down the active form that quickly reverts to inactive. There is no change in function of the block, but a fix is needed for aesthetic purposes and to match with the properties of the default Redstone Lamp block.
